Quite a wonderful report; I'm sure I'll be referring to it again. Great detail!

Thanks, Monica, for bringing back memories of Paris. You were so helpful before my daughter and I made the trip to France. I remember the bakery on the corner from Relais Bosquet that we enjoyed so much. Yummy.
Just returned from almot 2 weeks in Italy. Will try to make a report soon.
I am always going to your travel journal and rereading.

Thanks everyone for your compliments. I really enjoyed my trip to Paris. Today for breakfast I ate the last of my delicious bread that Nadia gave to me for my flight home. I miss the wonderful smells of the bakery!

I'm still working on my photos and hope to get them posted soon. I didn't like being back at work and now back at school (working on my bachelor's degree). But on the positive side I have 141 days till I fly to Rome for 4 nights and then a 14-night Mediterranean/Black sea cruise with some friends. With traveling in my heart I need to start thinking of 2008!!

Welcome home . I know you'll be feeling the bliss of your trip for days to come.

Your report was the perfect entree for our upcoming trip. We leave for Paris in 3 days. After reading your report I've decided to stop fretting about what to pack for the changeable weather (I'm the layering queen) and just enjoy the excitement your report ignited.

I just came back 2 weeks ago (I took the US Air flight also - I HATE flying into Philly now, and won't do it if I can help it!)

The movies were great on the flight, but we had a nasty flight attendant.

Where was the cheap internet cafe? Thanks! I liked the headphones I bought, at least I can use them again. The food WAS bad! Not anything like Virgin or BA, and I liked getting the free alcohol on those flights. :)

The internet cafe that I used:

Net@vision
10 rue Git-Le-Coeur 75006
Metro: St-Michel
Open: 10am to 8pm day days a week.

0.05€/min
Minimum: 1.50€/30 minutes

I found it walking from Blvd. St. Michele onto rue Saint Andres des Arts. Rue git-Le-Coeur is a right hand turn off des Arts, just one block.

I used USAirways because my husband flys for them and I get a discount. Well, I'll go back to Air France or another company after my October trip to Italy. I missed the good food and wine!

It's fun to read your trip report and compare against your photos.
