Turkey, definitely. The quality is generally good, and prices are a lot cheaper than in Greece. You will get a garment made after your own measurements in 2-3 days.

My experience on that ; all depens on what you want.

Leather is good in Turkey and the workmanship too. As suggested you can order custom made according your wish. Even you can bring a catalog & picture to be exact. Istanbul has a large variety on this subject. Elswhere Kusadasi, Alanya, Fethiye...
There are several wholesale department stores in Istanbul at "sahilyolu" they produce for reputable stores and have their own stores as well.

What I noticed between Greece and Turkey on leather subject is ; They have some good deals on handmade leather bags in Greece and on cowboy shoes which felt cheeper than Turkey. On Leather clothing some of the shops are buying the products even from Turkey which is more expensive than Turkey.
