Cyprus Air also flies between Crete and Rhodes and I believe their aircraft are larger than those used by Sky Express.

"I will be in Greece for two weeks total. I am staying in athens for 4 days than taking a regular ferry to mykonos. Staying in mykonos for 3 nights and than taking a high speed ferry to santorini for another 2 nights and a high speed to crete and finally then rhodes to athens."

As I thought.

Day 1 through Day 4
4 nights/3 days in Athens. That's OK either at the beginning or at the end of a trip.

Day 5 through day 7
Ferry to Mykonos for 3 nights/2 days. Not enough time for that island.

Day 8 and 9
Ferry to Santorini for 2 nights/1 day on Santorini. Not enough time for that island.

Day 10 ..?
Ferry to Crete for ?nights/days.

Day?...
Then to Rhodes for ?night/days.

Day 13 and 14 (we can guess which days those have to be by default)
Then to Athens for return.

We know you plan to leave Santorini on day 10 which means you have the 11th day and 12th day to spend on Crete; get to Rhodes; spend on Rhodes.

So obviously, you can only spend 1 night on Crete and no days; one night on Rhodes and no days, before returning to AThens on day 13 for departure on day 14.

What this trip is about is, " Accomodations are NVJ Athens, Myconian Ambassador, Astro Palace, Creta Maris, and Rhodes Palace."

What it is not about is seeing/doing anything much. The majority of the time will be spend BETWEEN places, not IN places.

I wouldn't worry how they get from Crete to Rhodes guys. That's a minor issue. The questions asked are about the hotels and now the airline. NO questions about the places along the way and I think that is quite illuminating.
