Greece Help:Apartment in Santorini & Crete
 

I'd like to go Santorini and Crete in May this year; can anyone recommend a one of a kind little apartment to rent for a few days in these Islands???? I'd like to take my girl and experience the 'dolce vita' sitting on a terrace admiring sunset in a lovley setting with the sea in front of us.....maybe I ask too much, but if anyone has ever found such a place I'd be really happy to share such experience.....Thank you!<BR><BR>Antonio<BR><BR>[email protected] m<BR>(please reply here too!)

A few years ago we rented an apartment in Megala Chorafia, a small village not far from Chania, on Souda Bay. We rented thru www.purecrete.com, a company based in UK. Our place was high on a hill, overlooking the bay-a beautiful vista.<BR><BR>The western part of Crete is much nicer than the eastern, IMO, for a less touristy and more authentic taste of the island. <BR><BR>We loved Crete!

We love the Harbour Apartments in Paleochora. They're on various sites on the web. I'll post one link when I get home tonight.<BR><BR>We're staying at Erietta apartments in Chania at the end of this month. Urban setting overlookin the harbour. I'll let you know.
