Greece Book Recommendations
 
Prefer an easy reading book on ancient Greek history and any recommenations for historical novels. Any ideas?

You might enjoy "Travelers' Tales Greece" which is a collection of short stories by Paul Theroux, Lawrence Durrell and many others.

Another vote for Mary Renault, and also Gore Vidal's Creation for a look (not terribly complimentary) at early Greek history through the eyes of a Persian.
