Great Woin's restaurnats in Paris

Well I actually wanted to post about a great pizzeria in the 3rd.
Something US tourists might like.
Then I relaized that Kerouac's post about Monsergent disappeared.
Then I realized spams are normal for most people here, since they only happen during european times.

So no review.
Have a good night.

Anyway who reads a forum infected with spams ?

kerouac2 Mar 30th, 2017 08:35 AM

Drunk, punk

kerouac2 Mar 30th, 2017 08:39 AM

And next time please add a spelling error.

IMDonehere Mar 30th, 2017 08:49 AM

As an American tourist, we always try to have the food of that country, region, or city. That is one reason why we travel. We shun all other types of cuisines unless there is a recommendation from someone who is knowledgeable.

Why anyone would travel to France for pizza, unless it was something spectacular, is beyond me.

kerouac2 Mar 30th, 2017 08:55 AM

This person going very annoying on this forum, especially when he's drunk and high

WoinParis Mar 30th, 2017 10:30 AM

Pizza is part of French habits if not cuisine.

And some are just delicious.

Kerouac you old fart you only post for old geriatrics.

WoinParis Mar 30th, 2017 10:34 AM

The pizza was stellar and the wine food.
But with nobody interested I am posting this info on Korean forum.
They like pizza there.
I am having great fries at gare du midi.
Fries in Belgium I hope is ok.
Koreans love fries.

kerouac2 Mar 30th, 2017 10:54 AM

This guy is drunk, when posting

WoinParis Mar 30th, 2017 11:46 AM

pui. And correct pizzas at Piu. RER b. Plaine stade de france no go zone. Full of strange people. No WASP there.
No alcool yet today. Nit drunk nit high. Need a Fix.

Gish. Just got home. Who says French lazy ?

kerouac Mar 30th, 2017 11:58 AM

That is not me, Wo -- I have been hacked, it seems.

kerouac Mar 30th, 2017 11:59 AM

As you know, I am not kerouac2 on this forum, just kerouac.

PalenQ Mar 30th, 2017 12:02 PM

Ummmmh!

Domino's?

nukesafe Mar 30th, 2017 12:04 PM

Wow, that's good to hear that it was a hacker! I was stunned to see one of my favorite, and highly respected, Fodorites attacking another of my highly regarded contributors. Especially about something as normal as posting while drunk.

WoinParis Mar 30th, 2017 01:04 PM

I admit I did forget about that K2.
Another thing I don't understand about Fodors moderation.
How do they let that happen ?

Anyway I am disappointed. I was thinking having a trip with the great Kerouac being for once half as crazy as my usual self.

WoinParis Mar 30th, 2017 01:07 PM

Ps. What kind of troll needs to copy a poster ?
Pathetic.
Kerouac. A beer in the 10th you old fart ? My treat.
2 : find yourself a life. ...

1994 Mar 30th, 2017 01:32 PM

Ahh, I see. Thought it all odd too. So, who is Kerouac2 ?

kerouac2 Mar 30th, 2017 01:40 PM

So, who is Kerouac2 ? is kerouac2 not kerouac, okay ??????

IMDonehere Mar 30th, 2017 02:23 PM

A new problem that must be endured.

kerouac2 Mar 30th, 2017 03:18 PM

you can't get it do you ?

kerouac Mar 30th, 2017 06:00 PM

There was an insulting kerouac1 for a couple of days about a year ago. It's always the same person.

I would have loved a beer in the 10th, Wo, but I am in Calais at the moment.

WoinParis Mar 30th, 2017 06:06 PM

There is no Calais anymore, Kerouac, I went to the the north and I saw the signs 'pas de Calais' ...

kerouac Mar 30th, 2017 08:41 PM

That's to throw people off the trail.

kerouac Mar 31st, 2017 02:33 AM

Oh so this is definitely the troll thread now. Woin, you really attract them! 8-)

WoinParis Mar 31st, 2017 04:32 AM

Yep. Got a gift here.

Vic, did you try putting chocolate on your partner and then licking him/her ?

Hmmm. Pay attention when you coat with chocolate. Can be hot... on the other hand, saves on wax for women !

Seafood and erotism ... nah, I won't comment.

Christina Mar 31st, 2017 12:46 PM

I eat Indian or Moroccan or Vietnamese sometimes when I'm in Paris, there is nothing wrong with eating what you want to eat, not just so-called French cooking. I eat Italian sometimes, also. Even at home, I don't eat the same type of cuisine every day, I like a change (Indian, Thai, "American", Mexican, French, etc.).

Some people eat just to enjoy their meal, not as an educational object. Lots of French people eat pizza, after all. There is lots of it in Nice, as I recall.

PalenQ Mar 31st, 2017 12:59 PM

I prefer English cuisine when in Paris - even better than you'd find in England IMO.

WoinParis Mar 31st, 2017 01:13 PM

http://www.insidermonkey.com/blog/11...-pizza-349657/

Sorry Donald, it is not America first for PIzza. Only second. First is NORWAY ! France is 7 - China 10 ?
(I had some pizza in China, frankly ... ).

My best pizza ever was in Egypt. In a Pizza hut. Don't remember the taste at all, probably worse than any Pizza hut in France. But the view : I was smack in front of the Sphinx.

kerouac Mar 31st, 2017 02:50 PM

The #1 home delivery item in Paris is sushi, ahead of pizza.

IMDonehere Mar 31st, 2017 04:58 PM

There is a lot of crappy pizza in the US, so having a pizzing contest as to eats the most is schoolyard argument, should include "Oh yeah?"

I am sure there is a lot of crappy pizza everywhere. We once had mediocre (not crappy) pizza in Italy.

kerouac Mar 31st, 2017 07:15 PM

Not to mention the fact that pizza is completely different in different countries. There is almost no relation between Italian and American pizza other than a flat round base. And the most popular pizza in France is 'salmon & goat cheese' which probably wouldn't fly in a lot of countries.

WoinParis Mar 31st, 2017 09:12 PM

Oh yeah ?

(You have to turn it into a contest ? There are not enough trolls on this thread ? )

IMDonehere Mar 31st, 2017 09:31 PM

The word troll on the internet (Now a lower case 'i' according to the Chicago Manual of Style) has always amused me as everyone hides behind a false identity.

WoinParis Apr 1st, 2017 12:00 AM

Suits yourself IMD if you want to follow this path.

I've seen you being smarter. But it is easier to follow the flow.

PalenQ Apr 3rd, 2017 01:44 PM

Most pizzas I've seen in Italy are squares that you buy by the square - not round?

Dogeared Apr 4th, 2017 08:41 AM

PalenQ, isn't 'English cuisine' an oxymoron?

The best pizza I ever had was in Antibes, France. The worst quite possibly, was in Naples, Italy.
