Great site for Amsterdam Info

Hey Robyn, I also mourned the loss of the Dam Cam until I found this even better cam. It's the Koningsplein Cam with live video and audio that works well with a 56k modem.
Koningsplein is at the very North end of Leidsestraat (behind you in the shot).
Those are the 1, 2, & 5 trams going by. It's cool hearing the tram bells ring.

I am planning a two-day stopover in Amsterdam around New Year's Eve. I'd like to see the major sites -- Van Gogh Museum, Anne Frank House, etc. -- but I can't seem to find a site that confirms that they will be open during the holiday season. Help!
Also, does anyone have any advice for New Year's Eve events there?
