Grand Picasso or Peugeot 508

Four adults traveling in France and trying to decide between the Grand Picasso and the Peugeot 508 wagon as a rental. The luggage will probably be two large and two carry ons but the luggage will be just until arriving and then leaving the base site (~3 hours each way.)

Go have a look at http://www.parkers.co.uk They have pictures of pretty well any car available in the EU including photos of the load space. In general terms, the 508 is a large sedan with a station wagon model available and the Grand Picasso is a minivan type vehicle. Either one should suit your purposes.

Hi, we have had three Grand Picassos now as lease vehicles thru Citroen - absolutely beautiful touring vehicles, great visibility and very well appointed! Not good for small parking spaces is the only downside :)
We were four adults with large bags.

You may find the ordinary Picasso, rather than the larger Grand model, is sufficient for your needs. The main feature of the Grand is that it has a third row of seats, but you will not need those if you are only four adults. The baggage space may be larger in the Grand, but again this is not something you are likely to need.

We have the standard Citroen Picasso, albeit the former model. The size and configuration are the same.

Cars such as the Renault Scenic, Volkswagen Touran, Opel Zafira and Ford C-Max are the same size and style, and would be equally suitable. The main advantage is the large rectangular luggage space, the ease of entry and exit, and the height, which gives travellers a good view out.

IME - don't get your heart set on any specific model. You aren't guaranteed anything - most agencies say "xyz or similar"

Just book a category.
