Grand Hotel Tremezzo on Lake Como
 
M/M & 15 yr. son driving from Milan for a weekend. Friend recommended the luxurious Grand Hotel Tremezzo on Lake Como -- is it worth it? Or something nifty in Bellagio? We want to treat ourselves after week train tour and before Monday Milan departure. Love your suggestions!

Bonnie, hard to beat the GHT since you <BR>will be driving to Malpensa on Monday. <BR>You will save time compared to Bellagio <BR>where you would need to take the early <BR>ferry to the west shore. The ferry is very near the hotel, as is the Villa Carlotta--be sure to see it. <BR>
