granada coach / train

I am travelling from Granada to Seville in late October 05, either by coach or train. Any thoughts re times, price, duration of journey etc

I can only tell you that the train takes 3 hours and when we took it this past July, seat reservations were mandatory.

You can check the train schedules and prices on the Renfe web site: http://horarios.renfe.es/hir/ingles.html

There are 4 regional trains a day, Tourist Class only. The cost is currently 19.10 euros.

I was there last week, and took a bus from Granada to Seville - was under 3 hours, had several departures a day, and cost 17 Euros.

Another vote for el autobus. Buses in Spain are quite nice and comfortable, and a great way to meet Spaniards and practice your Spanish.
