GPS coordinates for Italy!

We are a group of 10 friends from Texas. We will be visiting Italy (Tuscany down to Amalfi) in May. We have several GPS units and would love to have the coordinates for several restaurants, hotels, etc.

GoogleEarth could help if we could pinpoint the locations. I was pleased to see that Barone Ricasoli winery has this information on their website. Perhaps more destinations will in the future.

I have visited the websites of the places listed below (no coordinates). I have also emailed these places asking if they have their coordinates. If they respond, I will fill in appropriate blanks below.

Any help with the following:

La Bottega di Volpaia

Tenuta Lupinari in Bucine

Taverna Castello Banfi near Montalcino

La Giostra in Florence

La Porta in Monticchiello

Osteria del Borro

Hotel Miramare in Positano

Hilton Rome Airport Hotel

Armando al Pantheon in Rome

I noticed that a similar post in Fodors in 2006 went virtually unanswered. I was hoping as more travelers take their GPS units on European vacations, this information would not only be helpful to us, but others as well.

Thanks for assistance!

I think the reason that most people don't respond is that they don't use the coodinates. They just enter the address or find the location in their GPS and hit go. Many or most people don't pay much attention to the actual longitude and latitude for their destinations.

I use google maps as well. You can look up the address, then click on the map and it'll show gps coordinates for your to record if you wish.

Phillip,
How can Google Earth not pin point the location for you? For most of the items you listed simply typing them in the search box will get you the desired information. For the others addresses can be found on the internet.
