Didn't watch the show until the final episode. The guy with the goatee and tattoos won. He will be running (head chef) a new restaurant in London owned by Gordon Ramsay.

Dreadful. Absolutely dreadful. Reality shows (and I use the term knowing better) that glamorize bully-browbeating are SO BORING and un-original. I wish the Jerry Springer-loving aspect of this culture would disappear.

I'm with Kate on this one. I like Gordon Ramsey. I think that if you watched Kitchen Nightmares, you had a better understanding of his tactics, and while he is a bit of a bully it seems that he just demands the best and in fact brings out the best in the staff. Mind you, I wouldn't want to work for him but then I am a lazy git (as you Brits say.)

I think the winner was to work in London for a year and then go to Las Vegas to open his own restaurant. I also saw that he was designing some knives for sale - trying to cash in, of course but I don't blame him. That restaurant business certainly is not very secure.

AR:
I don't know, i've got three places, one that has been around almost 20 years, i do pretty good, well enough to go to europe twice a year and stay at nothing but the finest, jealousy no, much like rocco dispirito in the "restaurant" an embarassment to reality, all for TV.
