I am looking for restaurant recommendations near the Eiffel Tower... around at 25-45 euros pp.
Any suggestions?

Also, take a look at thefork.com. You can check out menus. Often, if you reserve there you can get up to 40% off.

Chez Francis at Pont d'Alma has a set lunch for under 30 euros and they have a fabulous view of the Eiffel Tower. Les Ombres, adjacent to Musee Branly has amazing food and a great view. It would push your budget, but the set lunch might work for you if you don't order wine.

L'Ami Jean has a set lunch for 35 euro (without wine). It's my favorite restaurant in Paris. Reservations are a must. You can reserve on their website.
