Considering the Michelin spoons rating for the Mittermeier (or any restaurant)--the spoons are not given for the food. They are given for decor, service, cleanliness.
The Mittermeier once had a Michelin star for the food, but lost it a while back.
So it is a pleasant place to dine with good service and good food, but not Michelin star quality food.

Actually, concerning the Mittermeier's food, it's possible that they have been working to get that star back, have improved the food quality, and are performing at a Michelin star level, but just haven't been re-reviewed recently.
