Good restaurant inside security at Schiphol!
 

My wife and I will be spending about 3 1/2 hours at Schiphol. Flying from US headed to Edinburgh. We could use the KLM Lounge but am not impressed with their food feedback. Have cruised internet but cannot find what we are looking for. Can you recommend a good restaurant - again inside security - serving good local cuisine? Thanks for your help.

This is only my opinion but the food offered at Schiphol in the KLM Lounge is fine tho nothing exciting. You need to walk to the back part of the lounge and you’ll find some breakfast options, also there are several cafes near the lounge so you’ll have options if nothing appeals.

I must say, nice though Schiphol is, it's food outlets are nothing special. Also, there is no Dutch "local" cuisine, but there is a pretty good Indonesian/Pan-Asian place: Kebaya. Not cheap though. Personally I like the Leon place best. A little like Comptoir Libanais.
