I am getting so excited about our honeymoon in Italy. Thanks to you all, I spend far more time planning the honeymoon than the actual wedding!

So now I want to read some good books to get me in the mood. I would prefer fiction, novels, etc. I've read 'Under the Tuscan Sun,' and we saw the movie. Anyone have other suggestions for good fun reads set in Italy or about Italy?

The Agony and the Ecstacy (sp?), a fictionalized biography of Michaelangelo. It is great about him and about the general times in which he worked. If you read it you will know why the first thing we tracked down in Rome was the church of St. Peter in Chains where his Moses statue is.

Try Room with a view or Where angels fear to tread by E M Forester tragedy and romance, you'll smell Italy. For a Roman adventure read I Claudius by Robert Graves fabulous.
