Golden Tulip Vivlaldi in St. Julian's?

I stayed there in May. The location was fine, the hotel was comfortable, make sure to keep the double doors closed at night because the disco across the street really pounds. It's near the casino. However, I had a few problems with the room--the shower hose had to be replaced and each day, for some weird reason, I was given fewer towels until the last day when I was only given one bath towel and a washcloth. No explanation. Within a 5 minute walk is an upscale yacht harbor and the cafe across the street from the entrance to the harbor complex (called Portomaso, I think, my Malta notes are packed away) is a nice cafe--good cappuccino.
Has the hotel changed its name to NK Vivaldi? I notice the Golden Tulip hotels around here are now part of the NK chain.

Of course, given a choice I would stay at the Hilton (Portomaso). The cafeteria you mention is Cafe Ole` ! They make capucchino with toffee syrup. And the disco opposite is .... (at the risk of being dubbed a snob) anything but chic (it's actually a bar called 'Bamboo'). But still, I have a good feeling about this hotel.
