go-today.com a reputable outfit??

Does anyone have any experience with go-today.com?? I see that you can contact their agents by e-mail & obtain help. This would be in reference to purchasing airfare to London & a car rental. Any great experiences? Bad experiences??

I've used them twice for trips to London and Paris and have been pleased both times. I may use them again this spring or fall, so I would definitely recommend them. One caution, be patient, they don't always answer their email on a timely basis but it seems that after you book a trip they are very timely. I noticed they now have a "talk to agent live" option but I've never used that. Also do a search on Go-Today on this forum and you'll find other opinions. Good Luck!

I have also used Go-Today.com and have been satisfied. See if you can book cheeper air fare and rental car. If not go with them.

I used Go-Today.com and was very satisfied. We had airfare and six nights' hotel in Paris for $874 for two people. Nobody believes me when I tell them that, but it's true. We lucked up. I verified the reservations with hotel and airline. Go-Today sent the tickets and vouchers, etc. by Airborne about two weeks before we departed. Everything was in order. The hotel was nice, small but typical. The flight was US Air from La Guardia, with a layover and change of planes in Pittsburgh. That was the only downside, the layover was three hours long. I had thought of using the time to visit the Andy Warhol museum in Pittsburgh, but wasn't sure where it was in proximity to the airport, didn't want to get stuck in traffic. When you book with Go-Today you don't get to see the actual flight info until you commit to booking the trip. I don't know whether that's normal. Still, for the price, I couldn't have asked for much more.

i have not booked w/ go-today, but i have searched their site previously. they do seem to have good deals, but alot of it depends on where you fly from. the deals appear to be good, but be careful- they can add up to $250 per person depending on departure airport
