Go Ahead vacations

Does anyone have any feedback on these tours? Looking into their alpine europe tour. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Go Ahead is a fine company to deal with and the tours are good value for the price.
I've used them a few different times and like their guides and the free time that you usually have. That said, I used Idyll Untours (www.untours.com) for my most recent trip to the alpine region and absolutely loved it! I had gone on a TWA tour to the area about 15 years ago, but going the Untour route, which is independent travel/apartment based, but with assistance, was a thousand times better. Switzerland is super easy to get around in. Happy travels, whatever you choose!
We used Go Ahead on an Alaskan cruise and will be going to Greece w\ them in October.
They do a good job and are a good value.

Thanks for your input on
Go-Ahead..How was the bus? Do they rotate seating or do you just sit anywhere? Any info on meals(i.e. choice of entrees etc)? thanks again!

I think they do rotate on the larger tours. My most recent trip with them, a few years back, was to Israel, and there were only 12 of us. Usually the groups aren't large, another definite advantage! The included meals on any of the trips were not spectacular; I can't remember much choice, except, of course, in some buffet situations, but that seems to be pretty much par for tours of this price.
