The correct spelling is GLOUCESTER. You shall look for an AMEX office in South Kensington, or in the SW5 or SW7 areas.

I think your nearest, and most convenient to get to by tube or bus, is the one opposite Harrods on Brompton Road. From Gloucester Road tube, take Piccadilly line northbound two stops to Knightsbridge.
