Gloriosa--2 bed/2bath Apt in Paris?

Is anyone familiar with this 2 bed/2bath apartment? I had just about narrowed it down to another apartment and just happened to stumble across this one.

Would appreciate it if anyone has comments.

that flat is huge for what is essentially a 3 room apartment. Looks very nice and the location is great. A two minute walk from either island and just around the corner from le Reminet.

great location and a very solid agency. However, you are really paying a premium. An apt this size in Paris is a luxury but to get an idea what other properties might be available google vrbo. Go for it as you cant go wrong but if it were me, I might ind something a bit less dear and go twice!

Thanks Bianca for fixing the link for me. Not sure why it didn't work but glad that others can access the apartment now.

Travelbunny--thanks for the input--but for a 1,200 sq. ft. apartment with 2 bed/2 ensuite baths this one is a bargain! We are two couples traveling together and have had a challenging time finding something we both like.

Does anyone think this would be a noisy location?

Thanks again for for everyones help!

I think being on the 4th floor will help with noise unless you're incredibly light sleepers. I have rented from Guest Apartment Services and they really are excellent. Is this apartment available for your dates? Asking because I had chosen the one we wanted and contacted them and...we ended up withour third choice because the others were all booked FAR in advance. If you like this and think it'll work for you, go ahead and contact them. Then ask about noise.

Have a great trip to Paris!

Also, the floorplan indicates the bedrooms are in back, so getting a quiet night's sleep shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks Leely. I emailed them this morning and still haven't heard back from them. We are looking at mid-September so hopefully the apartment is still available. Plus, it's nice to know that the agency is good to work with. I've got my fingers crossed unless someone can tell me why I should keep looking!

It does have lots of space and that's a very good location, so I think you will like it a lot. Because you are two couples, you'll probably appreciate the extra space. The kitchen is kind of a weird location right off the entry, but you can't have everything. And you got the larger beds you wanted.

It is expensive compared to a lot of the stuff you see, but that's because it has a very good location and is large and better-furnished than a lot of the cheap stuff you see, also. A lot of people on here spend about 200 euro a night for an avg-size hotel room in Paris, so from that point of view, it isn't really that expensive for what you get. In fact, a pretty good deal considering you are going in high season (Sept.). Sometimes when you splurge like that, afterwards when you realized how much it enhanced your trip, you are really glad you spent it.
