Once upon a time, at the the Goring Hotel in London, I got the fright of my life while collecting the morning newspaper in the hall. It was very early, not even sunbreak yet, and I was half asleep. Something caught my eye at the end of the hallway - it was a chalky-white apparition and it wafted silently down the hall towards me before disappearing into a room across the hall. Later, I heard it was just David Bowie. Does that count?<BR>

If you ever get the chance to see "The Canterville Ghost" with Charles Laughton, do so. That will alleviate your fears of ghosts.

Everyone I have talked to that has stayed in Europe has had something weird happen to them. Nothing bad just weird.Any comments?
