Getting from Ronda to Tarifa on Oct. 13
 

Wondering how to get from Ronda to Tarifa to catch the ferry to Tangiers with public transportation. I have looked on Renfe for trains and Alsas for buses...I can get to Algeciras, but don't see how to get to Tarifa from there. Maybe it is not that far and we can get a taxi or does anyone know if there are "local" buses to Tarifa. Thanks for your help. Ticadonnita

Right, you go to Algeciras. and from there the ferry has a shuttle bus to Tarifa.

I am new to Fodors and looked on Youtube to see some people taking a fast ferry from Tangier to bus to train to Madrid and stopping in Ronda, so figured there must be a way to get there going in other direction. Since we are so close, we decided to go over for 1 night to Morocco and then back to Spain.
