getting from Bellagio to Como

Am needing to get from Bellagio to Como to pick-up a rental car for travel to Liguria. Can someone suggest the best way to do that?

By ferry boat or hydrofoil---they run often in season.

The trip is about an hour and you can get a schedule when you get to Bellagio at the TI which is located at the passenger ferry dock.

There is an express and a milk run--just like many places.

There are also frequent buses to Como which cost less and run more often than the boats and hydrofoils. The bus arrival point is across the street from the docks:

But cruising on the lake is so beautiful. You have a great view of both sides of the lake out the large windows.
