Germany Itinerary--SW Germany

I'm headed to Germany this late September/October and am looking for some advice on my itinerary.
These are the places we have reserved hotels.
Day 1-Arrive Frankfurt--Drive to Baden Baden
Day 2-Baden Baden
Day 3-Schilltach
Day 4-Schilltach
Day 5: Freiburg
Day 6: Freiburg
Day 7: Fussen
Day 8: Bad Tolz
Day 9: Bad Tolz
Day 10: Dinkelsbuhl
Day 11: Wurzburg
Day 12: Fly out from Frankfurt.

We'll have a car and will be driving. Hoping to have a relaxing experience in the Spas in Baden Baden and then drive around the Bavaria/Black Forest area, exploring the areas in between. We'll probably take the train in one day to Munich from Bad Tolz, but it seems we will be there during Oktoberfest. Is the train relatively easy from there?

If anyone has ideas on things that are must see or great restaurant/coffee shop recommendations, I'd be grateful.
Some things we like to do: hikes/walks, museums, foodie type restaurants, castles/old home/mansion tours.
