German ICE trains--power outlets?

My husband will be taking an ICE train (Thalys from Brussels, ICE from Cologne) to Hannover for CeBit...are there power outlets at the seats on ICE trains traveling that route? He will be in first class and would like to get some work done on his laptop.
Thanks

There were power outlets (not at every seat) on our ICE train from FRA to Wurzburg. I don't know about the specific route you posted, but maybe this will help anyway...

I've not done the Cologne to Hannover ICE, but all the other routes I've been on have had outlets. This is maybe 10 trips and always had one (1st class).

I've only travelled on an ICE in second class, but that certainly had power sockets. I think they are standard on these trains.
