Please ..I need help with an intenerary from Munich through Austria, then Budapest and finishing in Prague...any ideas?

It would help if you could tell us yor interests. One person's "must see" is another person's "must skip". I'd really suggest looking at a guidebook for things that catch your attention, then come back here to see if your ideas will work.

We just came back from there. That part of our trip was 7 days, starting in Prague, driving to Vienna, then to Budapest,through part of Poland and back to Prague. We found it was enough time to get an idea of what the area is like. Of course the weather at this time of year is not the greatest and you have to plan for that.
Prague was our favorite visit.
If you have any specific questions, I will try to answer them.
Planning the trip is half the fun (it was for me).

Agreed need to know more - how many days do you have? Interests? Budget? Mode of travel?

Have been to the area seeral times and that looks like at least 20 days or so by car to really see anything - but then I would never do fewer than 3/4 days in a major city.
