Geissen lodging

I'm trying to heed some earlier advice and make my questions more specific. Does anyone know of a nice inn/home in Geissen -- we plan to stay there at least one night, possibly two. Thanks.

hi there,
there are two (very small) villages named "Geissen" in Germany, one is in Bavaria, the other in the eastern part near Gera. You have any information which Geissen?
Gar

I think Rita might be referring to the university town of Giessen which is about 60 km north of Frankfurt.

I can't help with accommodation suggestions here I'm afraid.
Harzer

Yes, I'm referring to GIessen. I made a big mistake and reserved our rental car for GEissen - then someone suggested I check the spelling. Whew! Kemwel (car rental company) was great about changing it. Anyway, we may just stay in the Frankfurt area.

I cant believe this, perhaps You have more luck.
www.giessen.de

Or, if You dont want to lodge in the big city Frankfurt perhaps YOu try Bad Nauheim which is a real nice place. Here You can find a lot of "Pensionen", take a look at (sorry, not in english).

http://www.bad-nauheim.de/gaeste/html/unterkuenfte.phtml

have fun
Gar
