Gatwick Airport stored luggage
 

Hello!
We have about 8+ hours of waiting for our flight to Venice through EasyJet (after flying in from the US). We were thinking of spending a couple of hours in London (or somewhere else outside the airport!). Are there lockers or storage areas at the Gatwick airport? How about an early (very early) check-in? Thanks!

Yes - there are left luggage facilities at LGW. Not lockers but a staffed facility where they charge by the piece - so you might want to condense bits and pieces into the larger bags if possible.

That's about 12 bucks for each item: pack carefully!!!

Most transatlantic flight lands on the north terminal (except for NW and US Air). Easyjet flights depart from south terminal. I recommend you use the left luggage service at the south terminal. Two terminals are only a short monorail rides away. Trains to London leave from the South Terminal.
