Gastronomicom Cooking School (South France)- Anyone Been?

I'm curious if anyone has experience having taken classes at Gastronomicom in the South of France. The programs are either one or three months long, so it wouldn't be a short-stay type of culinary experience where you'd pair it with a vacation. I'm thinking of possibly doing one of their programs, but would like some additional feedback before deciding. It's not cheap, and while I've looked around online for reviews, they don't seem to abound.

Has anyone taken classes at Gastronomicom who could share their experience? Any feedback is appreciated. Here's the link to their website in case anyone wants to check it out: http://www.gastronomicom.fr/.

Thanks!

No, I didn't end up going that route. Too expensive. Instead, I traveled alone and took cooking classes all over Europe. Chronicled it on my blog here: www.culinaryhopscotch.com. Good luck!
