<< The hotel is housed in an eloquent nineteenth century building ...>>

I agree - this hotel really speaks to me...

It seems as though one should send the hotel a fax as usual. Up to now they have not replied to the email?

Okay. I wonder why they haven't replied to your email.

I just got a rate quote from the Bonaparte after emailing them that form request online two days ago. They require a prepaid deposit which is not uncommon (but I prefer that I should hang on to my money in the meantime), but they do state that if you cancel they will deduct 16 euro.

You got a response 5 months later?

francophile03 May 17th, 2006 12:26 PM

No. There were two inquiries: 5 mos. ago and 2 days ago. They are separate.

It's good to see that the website has improved. :)

How true. At least I got a reply, right? I guess they are getting used to the email system.

Gotta be Oliver's doing. The last time I saw him at the hotel, he was wearing work clothes and a well-used toolbelt. He's apparently a hands-on manager.
