BrimhamRocks, having a boring Labor Day holiday...? ;) (just saw your 'currency' websites post)... but seriously, I do have the 'favorites' folders for just these kind of miscellaneous sites... thanks!

Travelnut,

Something like that, yes. :)

These are interesting posts, even though I already have most of them. I think there is now a way for you to post those sites as links, so a reader can click on them and access directly, but not sure how to do it. If you plan to offer more of these, it might be nice if you'd find out how to do the clickable link.

I'm not sure how.....can anyone tell me?

You can only creaye a link to pages on the f o d o r s . c o m domain - - and the software that runs this forum does that for you automatically. Wisely, the Fodors people killed the ability to automatically link to sites off their domain - - could have led to a variety of mischievous postings.

Best wishes,

Rex

Thanks for clearing that up for me, Rex. I can see the wisdom in that.

Well, Rex, that explains why I haven't seen many of those links lately. I remember a number of them back a few months ago and thought it was amazingly convenient. I have a lot of trouble copying down 40 or so characters in an obscure web site link.

Patrick, copy and paste those links. You don't need to copy them by hand.

Copy and Paste!!!
