Anyone been to Fruhlingsfest in Munich? Just want to know what I can expect. I have googled it but can't find a huge amount of information! Thanks.

Thanks. I knew that much. We will be there during the festival and will go along. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience of it.

Yes, it's much nicer then Oktoberfest, since it's only 1/3 to 1/4 the size, only local people, fewer drunks but basically the same. If you've been to Frühlingsfest there's no need to visit Oktoberfest unless your're looking to meet foreign tourists.
