From Rome to CDG - What would you do?

I will be in Rome for 5 nights before traveling to Paris to catch my flight home to San Francisco. I bought a FF ticket on United just a few weeks ago and was happy to be able to land the coveted non-stop from Paris, even though it departs at 11:15am. I have several choices to get to Paris from Rome and am having trouble deciding:

1) Take the train from Rome to Paris either a few days or the day before, losing 13 hours on the train, but getting to spend a day in Paris before heading home.

2) Take the Euro Night train from Rome, arriving in Paris in the morning, spending one or two days in Paris then on to CDG the next morning.

3) Fly RyanAir from Rome to Paris (Beauvais), either leaving at 6:35am or 19:15. The early flight seems impossible, and the night flight gets me into Paris around the same time as the train, with more expense and hassle.

I'm not really satisfied with any of these three alternatives. Is there a fourth alternative out there I haven't happened upon? Your thoughts are appreciated.

Well, apparently, you can always fly a non-Ryanair airline. Or you can take a bus.

Hi US,

www.mobissimo.com has RT FCO/CDG for $129.

This is less than the cost of a sleeper train.

RailEurope has a $44 all inclusive fare on the Artesia hotel trains Rome-Paris - 14 day advance required but very few seats at that price; can book up to 90 days in advance.

ira,
Thanks for that. I should have tried the round trip instead of inputting one way!

PalQ - good deal, investigating..

Thanks to you both.

I think flying is best and if you can manage to get a flight that's early on a different airline it would be good. It's pretty tiring as I've just done something similar recently. Otherwise, I think you should consider (although more expensive) to take the night flight on Ryan Air and stopover in Paris for that one night.
