I am looking for an advice on a scenic drive itinerary, for 2-3 days, out of Helsinki, in the summer.

Take small roads, not highways. There are parts where cars are driven to a ferry that takes them over. Costs nothing, they are extensions to roads.

Go island jumping. Again ferries from island to island. But these ones cost (not much though).

All those where is a tiny purple letter L are ferry crossings.
