I doubt it. How many times do you plan to visit? Entrance to most of the museums is 6.50€ unless there is a special exhibit.

I like the pass for the convenience as we can visit any of the museums at any time, no rush to see everything during one visit, no lines, and can go back but I'm not sure if I can by the family pass for 100 euro even if it's just for me and my sister. We will be in Florence for 5 days.

Buying a Uffizi membership is a great idea and one of the best things I could suggest to anyone who is going to spend any time in Florence. There are a # of places you can use it-the Uffizi, the Accadamia, the Bargello and the Medici Chapel, to name 4. To go to these places whenever you want and get in practically wait free is priceless. If you are visiting museums with children and want them to have a good experience, having the passes allows you to visit more than once and keep the stays at a manageable length. Don't you hate feeling you need to stay somewhere for hours because you payed for the tickets and will only have one chance to see everything? On our last day in Florence, because we had the passes, my son and I revisited all our favorite paintings, sculptures, etc. The passes allow you freedom and flexibility and those are key when traveling. You can order on line and pick up your passes at the Welcome Center. You can also apply for them right there when you arrive. It's very convenient.
