French speakers - can you help me w/Grand Theatre de Geneva website?

Hi,

I'm considering attending The Barber of Seville next month at the Grand Theatre de Geneva. I don't read French, and the website doesn't appear to have an Eng version. I managed to muddle through most of it, using Google translation.

Here's the page for the production:
http://www.geneveopera.ch/fr/spectac...e-di-siviglia/

What I can't figure out, is that since there are 2 different casts for this opera, which cast is singing on which days? It's not a big deal, I suppose; but it'd be nice to find out if possible.

Also, is there a link somewhere that has a bigger version of the seating plan (other than the fuzzy image on the webpage I linked)? I did a dummy booking and saw which seat I was assigned to, but I can't id it on the seating plan because it's so blurry.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

"Version Mezzo-soprano les 4, 7, 12, 14 et 18 septembre
Version Soprano, les 5, 8, 13, 16 et 19 septembre"

For Rosina, it specifies which is the Mezzo-Soprano and which is the Soprano in the cast list

It's not 2 whole casts...they are performing 2 versions. One with the part of Rosina as a Soprano and one as Mezzo Soprano.

Version Mezzo-soprano (Silvia Tro Santafé) les 4, 7, 12, 14 & 18 septembre
Version Soprano (Jane Archibald) , les 5, 8, 13, 16 & 19 septembre

I think they aren't fixed too.

For the seating plan, clicking it opens a pop up window for me but the plan is not loading. I'm using Safari as my browser so that might be the problem. Try using Internet Explorer or Firefox. It might load clearer in the pop up.

P.S. If it means/conveys anything, you can click on the performers names to see what else they will be performing in for the season.

Just use Google Chrome for your web browser. it will translate for you. Not perfect, but should be good enough to get the job done...

That's really odd. Sorry, can't help much. But I have heard Silvia Tro Santafe before and thought she was excellent. So my vote goes for the Mezzo-soprano version.
