oops! as I was saying...StCirq's glossary is VERY extensive (thanks StCirq) and should be all I need. Thanks for all the advice!

A friend gave us the pamphlet linked below by Richard Binns and we used it extensively to translate menus. I think there were only 1 or 2 terms in 3 weeks that we couldn't find in there. And it's small enough to take with you everywhere. Bon appetit!!
