Free London Map & Guide

Just got my newest copy of London Map & Guide from the British Tourist Authority (BTA) - a wonderful free booklet with several pages of detailed London sectional maps and info on current events, sights, museums, London walks, getting around, shopping, etc. Just a neato thing, and free - published by London tourism office and BTA.
Call: 800-462-2748 or www.visitbritain.com

BTA also has a wealth of other free stuff - from Golfing Holidays to a Rambler's (Walker's) guide to B&B pamphlets to regional guides, etc. But anyone going to London should get this free London map and guide.

Thank you very much. The website alone seems to have a lot of valuable information.

Note : You have to pay shipping on any "free" brochures. It came up at $7.95 for me, so I skipped it.

don't know about other brochures but my London Map & guide came free - i paid nothing - think i filled in a request card in a travel mag however and did not order directly thru BTA. So i may have been amiss to say free thru BTA - free thru some sources they advertise in however.
