if you have a car go to anzio/nettuno for the day. both nice sea side cities. in anzio the warf area is interesting. while in frascati go to the public overlook at nite and marvel at the sight of the lights of all of roma at your feet- truely beautifu. also go to nearby town of morino. dont forget to try the local wine as its excellent white wine
