Frankfurt to Budapest - "train specific" tickets?

Ready to book train ticket through German Bahn.com, but the "special rate" tickets have following info: "Train-specific booking. Exchange/return: EUR 15; excluded from first
day of travel."
I have tried many sites (including Bahn, Eurorail, etc.) to determine exactly what this means. The EUR 15 is clear, but does the rest mean that the ticket is only good for a specific train, and can't be exchanged or returned the same day as original travel???
thanks to anyone who understands this.

>ticket is only good for a specific train
YES
>and can't be exchanged or returned the same day as original travel
If you want to return or exchange that ticket, you'll pay 15€ for that. This can only be done until the day before your train will be departing.

The reason you are getting such a super cheap price is that you are buying seats on a specific train far in advance. If you want more flexibility up to date of departure you will have to pay much more.

It means you can change it or refund it for a 15 euros fee from now until the day before departure.

From departure date onwards, no refund, no chnages.
