Dear All,
Is it possible to cover the above places in 5 full days by public transport?
I will arrive in Frankfurt on 25/9 @ 8am and depart from Frankfurt on 30/9 @ 3pm. Appreciate it very much for all the suggestions.

Possible, I'm using https://www.rome2rio.com/ as my favorite tool at the moment. You will see bahn.de as very useful and seat61.com as a good overall guide.
Note that the best parts of the Black Forest are in the hills and hiking so this makes like a bit more complicated.

Lake Constance is a bit big and has three (actually just about 4) countries on its shores. My advice is stay on the north German shore as prices are lower and of more interest, though if you are an Opera buff the Austrian end is important. You'll find loads of stations around the lake.
