frankfurt germany airport hotels
 

I am chaperoning a youth group trip in June with my husband, but I must depart early alone. Flying out of Frankfurt and staying overnight in a hotel, hopefully near the airport with shuttle service. Does anyone have any recommendations for a clean, safe hotel possibly 150 euros or less? Thanks so much

I have stayed in the Ibis near Frankfurt airport. It was like all others I've experienced in the Ibis chain - fairly basic, but clean. They have a shuttle vehicle that goes regularly to the airport; can't remember if it was free or minimal cost.

If non-smoking is important for you, remember to request it with your booking. The reception area I had a very strong tobacco smell, but our room was fine.

No need to stay at the airport. You can easily stay in Frankfurt, in Mainz or in another area and take the train to the airport.

We recently stayed within walking distance of the train station in Frankfurt the night prior to departing FRA for about 50 Euro.

we used Hotel Tanne , very near airport. They had wake-up calls and had a cab waiting. Close enough to airport that it cost 5 euro cab fare.
