Our trip for 2 to Paris through a local agent for France Vacations has still not produced airline tickets and we are scheduled to leave Saturday a.m. He always has some excuse about a problem with rail, car, etc. Any ideas how to get him moving or what? HELP!!!

Can you get confirmation numbers from him and then contact the airline directly? Do you have e-tickets?

I'm hoping you know what airlines/ flights he has you booked on. Even if he doesn't give you the confirmation #, call the airline directly and make sure you have an actual reservation on those flights. Next step I would take is to physically go to his place of business and not move until you get your documents! Was this a last minute trip?

To Maria et al:<BR>No, this was a trip that we began planning with him in November. That is what part of our disgruntlement is about. The tickets arrived Fed Ex yesterday a.m. but still had a glitch that he said he could fix--transfer back to CDG from wrong pickup point. Just know this will be last time we use him. Oh, we had already called airline and gotten seat assignments but they also said we had to have the paper tickets to board or check in. At least, we seem to be ready to depart now. Thanks for your ideas.

Oh, i wish I had seen your post sooner. Hope things well well.<BR><BR>FYI I had the same problem. Not at all happy with them I do not recommend France Vacations. (I believe I posted a review somewhere else on these boards.)<BR>
