Has any one used this company, francevactions.net, out of California to book a France Vacation? They seem to have a large selection of hotels and the prices seem good too. Any advise would be appreciated.

Lynne, do a text search for "France Vacations" (subject France) and you will find a lot of fairly recent information.

I'm researching a trip with them today-I want to travel in November or December of this year. Prices look wonderful.

Oh my! I did a seach and did not find too many raves. Quite a few rants. I may reconsider.

Tried to use them; customer service is poor.

Avoid them if you can! We used them for their good deals and ended up with train problems, car rental problems, and just plain not able to use our museum pass etc. Still waiting on our "promised" refunds and we went in February!
