France -- best way from Nice to Cannes?
 

My daughter's friend will be flying from Atlanta to Nice, but then needs transportation to get to Cannes. Any suggestions for best, and cheapest ways to get there? Thanks very much!

I'm not sure why someone would take a taxi or a bus the wrong way to go into central Nice to the train station and then take a train to Cannes, when there are buses that go directly from the Nice airport to Cannes, which is a whole lot easier and misses the connection. Sorry I don't have the link to the schedules but it shouldn't be hard to find. I would just think taking a bus from the airport to Cannes should be so much easier and better.

Here's the link for buses from Nice Airport to Cannes with schedules and prices. Note that there is a vere cheap bus that goes by the water, or a more expensive and quicker one that goes by the motoroute.

Thanks so much, everybody! He has to attend a function in Nice and then go to Cannes -- that's why he can't go directly from the Nice airport to Cannes. I'll pass this info along to him. Thank you very much.

Just back from Nice. The buses to Cannes leave from Gare Routiere on Bd. Jean Jaures No.400 if I am not mistaken. Or take train which is faster but more expensive than bus.
