The country keyword search IS instantaneous. So in the absence of indexing, if you really want to be able to find your own post again easly, just link it to a county that nobody ever refers to. So choose the keyword "Andorra" or "San Marino" or whatever, and then when you want to find your post, just search on that keyword again!
