We just returned from Italy yesterday, and want to catch you before you leave on your trip to tell you that we toasted you with Prosecco in both Venice and Rome, as we said we would. We appreciated your recommendations and left enough Prosecco for many more toasts. Really good stuff.

I wondered why I twice felt a sudden feeling of well-being. Thanks for the toasts.

The power outage was a minor event, except that the emergency lighting in the hotel went on at 3:30 AM, waking my wife who then woke me. Didn't get back to sleep until 3:36.
