This is not rocket science. What's under discussion is an HTML anchor tag. Chapter 1. Fodor's should know how to do it (or know someone who does).

Egads, I know the meaning of a word most people don't? I need to brag to a few former teachers of mine. Guess I wasn't a complete and total waste in school all the time.
