Flying Within Italy?
We're suppose to take the train from naples to Venice, but don't want to waste the whole day (can't do an overnight one). We're wondering if anyone has a suggestion as to where to contact (in Italy) to find out about flight prices, since I can't see it being that much more than the train.
Thank you! |
I flew from Venice to Naples last May, then from Catania to Milan on an open-jaw ticket with Alitalia. It wasn't inexpensive, about $350.00/ticket, but it allowed me to go where I wanted to. You can check it out on their web site alitalia.com. There are other, less expensive airlines, but I don't have any experience with them.

As Rex said ALPIEAGLES. 49 euro + fees and taxes one way. A flight at 9 am and 9 pm
Have fun! |
Volare.Com are a new low cost carrier
within Italy,AirOne also have a website. Look on the Websites of the Airports you are flying to/from and they will list the airlines that fly out of them with links to their websites where you can book direct Joey |
I booked a flight on Air One, from Rome to Catania, thru Expedia. Got a much better price than from Europe by Air or Luthansa.

AlpiEagle and Alitalia are the only two airlines that have direct flights to Naples. AlpiEagle should be much cheaper.
